Return Policy

We accept most items for return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, undamaged condition. If the packaging is damaged, please use a similar-sized box for the return. If the item was delivered in a disassembled state, it must be returned in the same disassembled condition. If the packaging was removed during delivery, it is not required for the return. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned items do not arrive at our return center.

To protect your refund, please record a video of the packaging process during the return, showing all accessories and the product to ensure the returned items are complete.

When receiving your order, please follow these steps:

1. Check whether the packaging is damaged.

2. Ensure the product name and model match the order confirmation details.

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please do not accept the delivery and contact us to arrange for a replacement.

Extended Return Policy for Holiday Purchases

If you contact customer service within 15 days of delivery, we will extend the return window for holiday purchases by registering your order under our holiday return policy.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are non-returnable:

· Customized or personalized products

· Products sold in discounted bundles (unless the entire bundle is returned)

· Items marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page

Return Methods

· Self-Delivery: Take the items to a designated drop-off point.

· Pickup Service: A courier will collect the items from your specified address and will send a reminder email in advance.

Do I Need to Pay Return Shipping Fees?

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Return shipping fees vary depending on the return location, item size, weight, and return method.
Delivery fees or service fees for the order are non-refundable. For returns due to refusal of delivery, the related return shipping fees will also be deducted from the refund.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Once the returned items arrive at our return center, we will initiate the refund process:

· Generally, refunds take 3–5 business days to process, but in some cases, it may take up to 2 weeks.

Can I cancel my return if I change my mind?

Yes, you can request to cancel your return through My Account. However, please note that a return carrier may show up to pick up the item. If the carrier shows up, please advise them that you have canceled the return.
